Beacon's success over the years is attributed to it's customers loyalty and encouragement as we opened new divisions such as Major Appliance sales and service, Blown-In Insulation, and Duct Cleaning.

David is Beacon's HVAC Engineer and Service Advisor. David is the head of service for both air conditioning and appliances. He specializes in HVAC installations and advanced diagnostics. David has some of the most aesthetically pleasing air conditioning installations in our service area. He is also a highly qualified appliance repair technician.
Vicky is one of our appliance engineers and air conditioning technicians, and one of The Maytag Girls. Vicky evaluates, repairs, and refurbishes many of our shop appliances prior to them becoming available for sale. Vicky is enthusiastic about her job and one of the hardest workers Beacon has ever had. We are so happy to have her on our team!
Cindy makes sure everyone is smiling at all times. She is our office helper and can be found doing a multitude of tasks. She is the sweetest person you will ever meet in your life.
John is a very gifted and meticulous installer. He takes great pride in each job he performs. John is and experienced electrician, and is now apprenticing to become an HVAC technician. He finds enthusiasm in every task of the day.
Brittany is the head of our appliance department. If you are looking for a new or used appliance, or need a part for your appliance, Brittany is your girl!
Jennifer is a joy, and always has a smile on her face that our customers can see through the phone. When your a/c or appliance is having a tough day, Jennifer can get you scheduled quickly. Jennifer genuinely cares for the people she serves and the job she does.
Chris is the head of daily operations at Beacon. He teaches and manages our field technicians and helps keep Beacon running smoothly. Chris has a genuine heart for his customers, and believes in providing excellence in all that he does. He is an excellent diagnostician, repair technician, and all around problem solver. Chris's favorite part of the day is when he gets to visit with his customer's cats!
Dan is the owner of Beacon Services. It was his vision, passion and knowledge from years in the industry that started this company. Dan's heart for his employees and customers is what has created the culture of excellence and set Beacon apart from other companies.
Beacon Services & Appliances invests heavily in our employees to make sure they have all education and training they need at their fingertips. Each morning, the entire Beacon staff participates in a training session that encompasses heat and air conditioning repair, appliance repair, and product training so we can always offer our best to our customers.
