For many years we have had the pleasure of doing business with Beacon. Most recently, they sold and installed a new Maytag HVAC unit in our home. We were presented with several options and thoroughly explained the differences between them to come up with the unit that best suited our needs. They showed up when they said they would, removed our old unit, installed the new, cleaned up completely after themselves and made sure I was happy with the product and service. Jen is excellent at making sure all the paperwork, work orders, permits, financing and the business end of the process is seamless. Dave who did maintenance on our old unit was the one who quoted our new unit and went in the attic to make sure our insulation was up to par. He was professional and did a great job. Chris came to the job to offer insight and make recommendations for a new unit, handled pricing, answered questions and made me confident that I was choosing the right product and company. Joe and Andrew handled the removal of the old unit and installation of the new. Joe is meticulous making sure the unit is of showroom quality upon successful completion of the job along with Andrew’s help. Overall, I could not be any more pleased with this company and the people they employ. We will forever be Beacon customers!
