Amazing... I saw all the negative reviews about "No Air Fryer Included", and thought, well you don't actually need it...one can just use a slotted/perforated grilling pan instead. But not including a $20 insert for the broiler? Can't broil something without that!

I was very disappointed to find out that the broiler pan set and the air fryer basket was not included with my purchase. I was given to believe that both are included based on the advertisement. I purchased this item on sale and it appears it™™s going to cost me more than I saved in the first place.

I'm with everyone's comments below. ours came in chipped also. Do they not look at them before they send them out? We are told that the size is the only size & is universal. So we still have to clean around the outside edges of the bottom of the oven. If someone knows of a larger unit please let us know.

After ordering a broiler pan from you and receiving it. It arrived damaged enamel coating was chipped on all four corners. I will be contacting you.

Not only was I disappointed that my new oven didn't contain the broiler pan nor the air fry pan, when I ordered both, the broiler pan took one month to arrive and then to find the paint was missing on both the tray and the pan. Now I also found an email that said it was half the price I paid. I want a refund!

Buy the broiler pan and griddle separately ?!!!! Frigidaire needs to milk every penny they can from the consumer?! As if the cost of a new stove isn't enough.

This is the first gas stove we have purchased in 16 years. We were disappointed to discover the broiler pan was not included. Stove is no the budget model. Stove is nice and we are happy with it. It should include the broiler pan and insert. ModelGCRG3060AD

I am appalled that the built in Frigidaire oven we had installed yesterday does not have the broiler pan included. There is a broil feature on this oven which cost over $2,000.00!!

I love the oven so far. An oven or stove is not an appliance that is replaced often. Lowes representative failed to tell us that a broiler pan was not included in the purchase.I™™m surprised that Frigidaire does not include this accessory and expects it to be bought separately! I am also disappointed in the reviews on your broiler pans to be purchased separately for $59.95. Lowes salesman said I could get one from Walmart. WALMART!!!???? I should NOT have to go to Walmart to purchase a broiler pan for my new, very expensive built-in Frigidaire MODEL ™"- FGEW3066UFC.
